Sure Group Wins Five Year Gas Servicing Contract with Clwyd Alyn Housing Association

Great news as Sure Group is awarded a five year gas servicing contract by Clwyd Alyn Housing Association - a leading provider of affordable homes in North and Mid Wales.
The contract will start October 2011, with the Sure Group team taking responsibility for the gas servicing of the 3,200 properties across the six local authority areas of Anglesey, Conwy, Denbighshire, Flintshire, Wrexham and Powys.
Sure Group is one of the leading national providers of mechanical and electrical contracting and maintenance services to the social housing sector, public sector and private sector. Speaking on behalf of Clwyd Alyn Housing, which is part of the Pennaf Housing Group - David Chisholm, Senior Asset Management Officer said “After a rigorous tendering process, we decided to choose Sure Group to deliver the gas servicing contract. Together, we are now focusing our efforts on ensuring that our residents have safe appliances and will be comfortable, warm and happy in their homes.”
The contract will cover oil and solid fuel heating systems as well as gas central heating. Smoke alarms and carbon-monoxide detectors will also be checked whenever Sure engineers inspect homes.
