Company History
The roots of the company date back to 1976 when the company started to
trade as Brocken & Pringle Heating Maintenance Limited. Brocken &
Pringle amalgamated with Strong Mechanical Services in 1988 forming the
Strong Group Ltd. and later on changed its name to Sure Maintenance Ltd.
Sure Maintenance was acquired by a management-buy-in team in February
2001 and was subsequently acquired by Graphite Capital in March 2005
through the holding company Speedfit Holdings.
FJ Jones Heating Engineers, a midlands heating installations company
with over 40 years experience, joined the group in December 2005.
Evans Mechanical Services Ltd., a North Wales based M&E company with
over 30 years experience, joined the group in July 2009.
In 2008 Speedfit Holdings changed name to The Sure Maintenance Group
Ltd.
