Sure Group Gets 2012 off to a Great Start, Winning the Gas Servicing Contract for Cartrefi Conwy

Personalised Service Tackles ‘Difficult to Access’ homes

The Sure Group team are celebrating, after being awarded the gas servicing contract for Cartrefi Conwy - a Registered Social Landlord and one of North Wales' foremost providers of affordable, high quality homes.

The news of the contract win follows a comprehensive tendering process through the Fusion21 Gas Servicing Framework that was led by the Housing Association and facilitated by Fusion21.

The contract will start in January 2012, and both Sure Group and Cartrefi Conwy staff are well underway with the mobilisation plans. Speaking on behalf of the housing organization, Adrian Johnson, Asset and Sustainability Manager, said “At Cartrefi Conwy, we are committed to providing excellent standards of service to all of our customers. The gas servicing within homes is crucial, and we feel confident that Sure Group will deliver a quality service.”

Simon Marsh, Development Director, Sure Group said “After such a robust tendering process, we are delighted that Sure Group have been chosen to provide the gas servicing for Cartrefi Conwy. We will now deliver what we promised, and provide a great service to Cartrefi Conwy customers.”

Cartrefi Conwy was supported through the tendering process by Fusion 21. Keith Rodgers, Integration Manager, Fusion21, explains “A rigorous process was carried out by Fusion21 on behalf of Cartrefi Conwy. The Sure Group were awarded the gas servicing contract after a competitive OJEU compliant tender process. They were chosen based on their delivery of works and competitiveness.”
