Sure Group is Celebrating Selection to Support eaga with Delivery of the Warmfront Scheme in Birmingham.

Sure Group is one of a small number of select companies supporting eaga in the delivery of the Warmfront scheme across the Midlands. It is a Government-funded initiative and the scheme is managed by eaga.

The Sure Group contract with eaga is the repair or replacement of existing heating systems or the installation of new central heating system if the property has no form of heating fitted. Ian Baker is the Sure Group Manager responsible for Grant Funded Projects. When asked about the Group’s success Ian said "Many companies applied to support eaga, and only a small percentage of those companies met the high standards required. After a very rigorous tendering process, we where lucky enough to be one of the contractors selected. It is now time for us to deliver what we promised and to achieve the high standards of workmanship, customer care and efficiencies expected." Ian Sinkamba has responsibility for managing installer performance at eag a. Ian said: "Since the start of the Warm Front Scheme in June 2000 eaga has helped over 2 million households out of fuel poverty through installing energy efficient measures. The company prides itself on its customer service and sets very high standards for all contractors on the Warm Front Scheme. Being part of a winning team is rewarding, and our dedication for continuous improvements means there are more levels of success we endeavor to achieve."

The contract with eaga started September this year and will be reviewed in 2011. The Sure Group will focus on the Birmingham area.
