SURE Team Deliver a Consistently High level Service Year after Year

Eastland Homes is a housing association formed in 2003 to take over and improve east Manchesters former council homes. Since then, Eastland Homes have successfully completed a 45 million improvement programme a year ahead of schedule, where they have spent an average of 16,000 on each of our customers homes. In March 2009 a further 5800 houses where transferred from Manchester City Council to Eastland Homes. SURE Liverpool has been working successfully with Eastlands Homes for the past 5 years undertaking the annual gas servicing. The contract has been extended for a further year.
