Meeting Every Day with the Client Ensure that Issues are Resolved Effectively
SURE Maintenance Ltd has worked successfully alongside Halton Housing Trust since 2004 delivering gas maintenance services to their 6100 homes. From the start of the contract representatives from Halton Housing Trust and Sure have worked closely to ensure that targets are achieved within a robust quality assurance framework. This includes meeting every day to discuss the previous days works. Lynn Feast, Construction Services Business Support Manager, at Halton Housing Trust has overall responsibility for managing the contract and relationship with SURE. When asked about the quality of service delivered by SURE, Lynn said:

FJ Jones Consistently Offering Best Value for Price and Quality to Sandwell Warm Zone
F. J. Jones has been successfully delivering heating services for Sandwell Borough Council since 2004. Sandwell Warm Zone is a grant heated funding scheme worth £6m since the start of the scheme. F.J.Jones has delivered £2.4m of that total budget.
Lorraine Gumbs, Zone Director for Sandwell Warm Zone said
"Sandwell Warm Zone have implemented timelines for technical surveying, work installations and any remedial work and every job installed is inspected by a Sandwell Warm Zone employee. F J Jones always achieve the timelines and although there has been remedial work required, these have always been minor issues, which have been rectified within the given time.
During the last 5 years there have only been a handful of customer complaints which F J Jones have handled in a professional manner, with a satisfactory conclusion for all parties concerned.

Hestia delivers managed services and technical solutions for Wolverhampton Affordable Warmth Scheme. FJJones provides central heating services to Hestia in support of the Scheme.

Being Responsive to Client Needs Is Valued by Walsall Council
FJJones is delighted to be a chosen supplier to the NPower /Walsall Council Health Through Warmth programme.
When asked his opinion of FJJones, The Energy Efficiency Officer - Steve Rowley said
"This Council has utilized the services of FJ Jones since December 2006 to carry out works to private dwellings under our Npower sponsored Health Through Warmth programme. The works undertaken range from heating repairs through to the installation of full central heating systems.
The value of the work to date is £1.7 million with up to £1million to be spent this financial year. The Team at FJ Jones have always been responsive to clients with urgent needs by fast tracking and the average turn around from placement of orders to works being completed is around 4 to 5 weeks for none urgent works.
We have carried out several post work visits and are very satisfied with the quality of the work. This has been furthered evidenced in high satisfaction level recorded from customer feedback. The level of customer satisfaction has been fantastic, with any minor complaints have been dealt with without quibble."

SURE Engineers achieve 100% Access for Annual Domestic Gas Maintenance Checks
Since 2001, SURE Liverpool have been installing, servicing and maintaining domestic gas appliances for South Liverpool Housing.
SURE has been successful in assisting South Liverpool Housing in achieving 100% access for annual maintenance checks and achieving 100% customer satisfaction several months running.
When asked about SURE's performance on the contract, Phil Nunn, Gas Contract Manager said
"We could not have achieved this sort of result without everyone's efforts, in particular Sure's persistence and flexibility enabling us get in and service remaining outstanding homes. Customer satisfaction has always been high with Sure but even this has been surpassed over the past few months."

SURE Provide Gas Services as Part of Manchester Workings Investment in Manchester Homes
Manchester Working, is a 10-year ( established 2006), £350 million joint venture between Morrison Facilities Services and Manchester City Council, set up to deliver an expansive programme of repairs to thousands of Manchester City Council-owned homes. SURE Liverpool assist the DLO with annual gas servicing, installation work and out-of-hours emergency call out for the 12,000 properties.
Ian Forshaw is the Partnering Manager for Manchester Working. When asked the relationship with SURE he said "It is great to work with a reliable and flexible contractor like SURE, with a responsible attitude towards client and customer satisfaction"

SURE Team Deliver a Consistently High level Service Year after Year
Eastland Homes is a housing association formed in 2003 to take over and improve east Manchester's former council homes. Since then, Eastland Homes have successfully completed a £45 million improvement programme a year ahead of schedule, where they have spent an average of £16,000 on each of our customer's homes. In March 2009 a further 5800 houses where transferred from Manchester City Council to Eastland Homes. SURE Liverpool has been working successfully with Eastlands Homes for the past 5 years undertaking the annual gas servicing. The contract has been extended for a further year.

Golden Gates Housing - Leading the Way in Green Technologies
Golden Gates Housing, (GGH), is an ALMO (Arms length management Organisation) looking after approximately 9.5 thousand properties on behalf of Warrington Borough Council. We, (Sure group) have just been awarded, (1st April) a new 4yr contract via Northern Housing Consortium, to provide a 3 star reactive gas service and maintenance to 5800 of these properties, (value 900k per annum). PH Jones look after the remaining 3700.
SURE Group were awarded a 5 year contract from the 1st April 2004 to look after 5800 of the properties. This was later converted to a "Partnering" contract. We have always had an excellent relationship with Golden Gates Housing and played our part in 2006 when we scored well in the Audit commission report which awarded GGH three stars with excellent prospects. 2008 saw SURE Group leading the way on the renewables front. Working in partnership with Vaillant and GGH we undertook a pilot project installing 3 Solar thermal hot water systems to properties in the Appleton area. We are currently looking to expand upon this with further solar installations and pilots in other green technologies. GGH are currently focusing their attention on housing stock transfer and again we will be doing our utmost to ensure there are no "bumps" on their path to success.

FHM Choose SURE to Deliver M&E Services
Frank Haslam Milan (FHM) West Midlands have chosen to work with SURE Maintenance to update residential houses for Dudley MBC. The contract started at the beginning of July and is a four year contract.
SURE will undertake kitchen and bathroom installations, which involves removing and replacing all copper pipe work, waste pipes and a new gas carcass to the cooker point. SURE are also installing central heating in void properties throughout the Borough.
The SURE Team are delighted to be working with Darren Penn and Chris Smith from the FHM Team. We are working closely to try and streamline all operations on the contract to find more economical working processes.
