“Johnnie” Johnson Housing choose Sure Group to deliver Gas Maintenance, Repairs and Installation Services to Homes

Sure Group are celebrating after winning the gas maintenance, repairs and installation contract for “Johnnie Johnson” Housing which began in June 2011, with the contract lasting for an initial period of four years.
"Johnnie" Johnson Housing Trust is a not-for-profit organisation, providing over 4,300 homes for the widest possible cross section of the community including general needs housing, retirement housing, housing for the less able, rural housing, special needs housing and shared ownership.

“Johnnie” Johnson Housing were supported through the tendering process by Procurement for All (PFA) - a recognised former NCA backed national procurement consortium for registered social housing providers. Keith Armstrong, Managing Director, explains “Sure Maintenance was awarded a place on our gas servicing framework agreement, after a competitive OJEU compliant tender process. PFA procures framework agreements that are relevant to our members (social housing providers) needs via an OJEU compliant process. “Johnnie” Johnson Housing is one such member of the consortium, utilising our gas servicing framework. After a competitive mini competition process, Sure Maintenance was chosen to carry out gas servicing for “Johnnie Johnson Housing”, based on their delivery of works and competitiveness.”
