SURE Engineers achieve 100% Access for Annual Domestic Gas Maintenance Checks



Since 2001, SURE Liverpool have been installing, servicing and maintaining domestic gas appliances for South Liverpool Housing. SURE has been successful in assisting South Liverpool Housing in achieving 100% access for annual maintenance checks and achieving 100% customer satisfaction several months running. When asked about SUREs performance on the contract, Phil Nunn, Gas Contract Manager said We could not have achieved this sort of result without everyones efforts, in particular Sures persistence and flexibility enabling us get in and service remaining outstanding homes. Customer satisfaction has always been high with Sure but even this has been surpassed over the past few months.
