Sure Group are First-Choice Contractor for Commercial Gas Maintenance, Repairs and Installations

Sure Group has fought off stiff competition to secure commercial gas contracts worth in excess of £1 million.

Sure Group’s Commercial Team has tendered for, and won contracts across the North West, and the Midlands, adding to their increasing portfolio of commercial commissions.

Contracts include:

Guinness Northern Counties

A programme of remedial works / fit-outs to protect against Legionella

Wirral Metropolitan Borough Council has awarded Sure Group the following contracts:

Day Centre - removing the existing heating system and a complete new system including radiators installed throughout the building complete with high efficiency boilers;
Sheltered Scheme - installation of new boilers and associated plant which also includes new control systems;
Primary Schools – removal of the existing boiler plant and the installation of new boilers , controls and flue;
Library - removal of the existing heating system and boilers and the installation of new pipe-work throughout the building which will also incorporate a new boilers and associated plant;

Liverpool Metropolitan Borough Council

Primary Schools - removal of existing boiler plant and the installation of new;

Bury Metropolitan Borough Council

Installation of new boilers and associated plant;

Morrisons / Manchester Working

Service commercial gas fired boiler plant / reactive breakdown cover for 380 school in Warrington.
