Trafford Housing Trust

Sure Maintenance Ltd. has delivered the gas maintenance and repair service to residents in Trafford since August 2002. Initially contracting with Trafford Borough Council and latterly with the Housing Trust, we are proud to have provided consistent high quality services over a substantial period as recorded through the developed key performance indicators. We continue to develop the service and have introduced, with THT, a sophisticated programme of annual gas safety inspections based on the individual property safety record expiry date for over 8500 properties.
