Being Responsive to Client Needs Is Valued by Walsall Council
FJJones is delighted to be a chosen supplier to the NPower /Walsall Council Health Through Warmth programme. When asked his opinion of FJJones, The Energy Efficiency Officer Steve Rowley said This Council has utilized the services of FJ Jones since December 2006 to carry out works to private dwellings under our Npower sponsored Health Through Warmth programme. The works undertaken range from heating repairs through to the installation of full central heating systems. The value of the work to date is 1.7 million with up to 1million to be spent this financial year. The Team at FJ Jones have always been responsive to clients with urgent needs by fast tracking and the average turn around from placement of orders to works being completed is around 4 to 5 weeks for none urgent works. We have carried out several post work visits and are very satisfied with the quality of the work. This has been further evidence in high satisfaction level recorded from customer feedback. The level of customer satisfaction has been fantastic, with any minor complaints have been dealt with without quibble.
