Wulvern Sign Up Sure Group as the New Gas Services Contractor Supported by Fusion21

In order to continue improving its services to customers, Wulvern, which manages over 5,200 homes Crewe, Nantwich and surrounding villages, has selected the Sure Group as its day-to-day gas repairs, servicing and maintenance contractor.

The contract was awarded following a rigorous interview and evaluation process and started late September, lasting for an initial period of 4 years.

Sue Lock, Wulvern’s Chief Executive said: “After a rigorous tendering process, we feel confident in choosing the Sure Group to deliver top quality gas maintenance and repair services into our customers’ homes as well as providing both value for money and excellent service levels.”

Wulvern worked closely with Fusion21 to procure a new gas contractor. Keith Rogers, Gas Integration Manager, Fusion21 said “Fusion21 started discussions with Wulvern in January 2011 and were subsequently appointed as the vehicle for their procurement needs for gas servicing and maintenance.

A rigorous process was carried out by Fusion21 on behalf of Wulvern, which subsequently saw The Sure Group successfully appointed to the contract.
